King's Bounty - The Legend is a name that will revive some good memories for the rather older, turn-based, slower paced action gaming crowd. Indeed, this new version of an old classic takes its roots in the original game that was developed 18 years earlier by the now defunct New World Computing company. You know, those guys that gave you the brilliant Might and Magic games, as well as the superb series of the Heroes of Might and Magic. Yes, those guys! It is also quite intriguing to see that both IP have lived on due to the work two Russian studios have put into them. Yeay for Russian dedication to these brilliant games.
